A 50% deposit is required to secure the room when making a booking, the remaining balance will be required on arrival. Payment for the room is due on arrival if this hasn’t been pre-paid, any additional extras purchased throughout the stay, payment will be required at the time of purchase.
Payment options we accept are, cash, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay.
If you wish to pay by cash on arrival then you must provide personal identification, this includes, Passport or Driving License or Police Warrant Card.
If you wish to reserve a room/s with us directly then card details must be given at the time of booking to secure the reservation and a 50% deposit taken.
If a booking is made through other channels for E.g. Booking.com then pre – payment will be taken at the time of booking and Booking.com T&Cs will also apply.
Any cancellations must be made before 1pm, 48 hours prior to the arrival date. If the booking is not cancelled within the given timeframes, then you will be required to pay 100% of the total booking value.
In the event of a no show and we have not been notified that you will not be arriving for your arranged booking, you will be required to pay 100% of the total booking value.

We understand that circumstances can change but would appreciate every effort is made to make us aware of any changes within the stated time frames to avoid disappointment.
