Bookings for a year and over in advance can be held for 3 months, after the hold period a 50% deposit will be required to secure the bookings or the hold on the rooms will be released. All booking on group bookings (3 rooms or more) payment along with a rooming list is required 28 days prior to arrival. Bookings of less than 3 rooms can be paid on arrival.

Check in is from 3pm on the day of arrival and check out 10am on the day of departure. If you are staying the night before your wedding and require the bridal suite to get ready in, please speak to the team regarding an extension on the check-out time of rooms.
Early check in times cannot be guaranteed as this would depend on our occupancy the night before. We offer an early check in option from 1pm charged at £25 and we can store bags and allocate to your room. Early check-in is only available when a suite has been booked for two nights in a row.
Our front doors are open between the hours of 7am-11pm at which time they are locked for security. Doors will be censored for access to the hotel. We have night time security and manned CCTV. There is an emergency contact number in the event of a emergency.

Yes, our travel cots/highchairs can be provided in any room at no additional charge. We require notice of this requirement at time of booking.

We can store luggage at the hotel, which will be tagged and safely stored. Please inform our reception team and we can organise this for you.
Unfortunately, we have a no pet policy unless a trained service animal.
We currently have one accessible apartment (The Mill Apartment), fitted with a wet room, which includes call point, grab rails and shower seat. We have a lift to the hotel floor from the ground floor with ramp access to the lift.
We currently do not offer group booking discounts.
We can take bookings up to 2 years in advance through us directly. Our rooms will not show online this far in advance.
Although we work closely together with The Venue, we do operate as a separately run business. Any communication between the two businesses will be separate, if any changes are made to bookings with The Venue, we will need to be notified directly. As we are an operating business, availability is not guaranteed when booking with The Venue so please enquire at the earliest opportunity.
We can organise a chaperoned internal access route for the bridal party for the ceremony purposes only. At this point, as this is a private floor, access is cordoned off and no further access is allowed. Access to the hotel from The Venue after this will be round the front of the building through the front door.
Any viewings of the hotel will take place on showcase events. As we are an operational business, we cannot carry out viewings when we have guests in house. Please let us know if you wish to view the hotel and we will contact you when have a showcase event.
